Create a gentle, mindful oral care routine in four steps: cleanse, purify, rinse, and nourish.

Step 1 – Brush with Ikinora® Natural Mineral Toothpaste

1. Use the bamboo spatula to take a small amount of toothpaste from the glass jar and apply it to the Ikinora® bamboo toothbrush.
2. Brush your teeth for at least 2–3 minutes using soft, circular motions.

Step 2 – Rinse with Ikinora® Oil Pulling Mouth Oil

1. After brushing, take 1-2 teaspoons of mouth oil into your mouth.
2. Gently swish the oil around for 5-20 minutes so it reaches all tooth surfaces.
3. The oil naturally binds to impurities in the mouth and helps remove them during rinsing.
4. Spit the oil into a tissue or bin. Do not swallow or spit into the sink to avoid clogging.
