How do I best use the Xinusactiv water flosser?
- Fill the reservoir with lukewarm water
- Lean over the sink so excess water doesn't splash around
- Place the nozzle in your mouth, keeping distance between the tip and your teeth and gums
- Select the water pressure setting and turn the water flosser on. Start with a low pressure setting and increase gradually. High pressure should still feel comfortable
- Follow your gum line and move the water jet along all your teeth. Aim the stream at the gum line and also between your teeth
- Hold the jet on each tooth for about two seconds
- After the outside of your teeth, repeat for the inside to clean your entire mouth. This takes about two minutes in total
- Turn the water flosser off and remove the nozzle
- Empty the reservoir and rinse it after every use
- Important: replace the nozzles every 3–6 months or share hygienically with others – check out the replacement nozzles
Tip: use the water flosser in the shower or over the sink with your mouth closed to avoid splashing.Important: always use a standard 5V/1A USB adapter without fast charging – using fast chargers (such as Quick Charge or PD) can damage the water flosser's charging circuit.
